Statewide Columbine Moment of Silence 

DENVER – Governor Bill Owens and members of the State Legislature will gather to respectfully remember the 13 victims of the Columbine High School tragedy on the one-year anniversary, April 20, 2000, from 11:00 to 11:30 AM, State Capitol, west steps. The Governor will pause for a statewide moment of silence at approximately 11:21 AM.

The event is open to the public.
