FRANKLIN GRAHAM, VICE PRESIDENT AND TIPPER GORE TO ATTEND MEMORIAL ON SUNDAY AT CLEMENT PARK

DENVER  -  Franklin Graham, son of evangelist Billy Graham and president of Samaritan's Purse, will speak at a memorial service led by Governor Bill Owens honoring the victims of the Columbine High School tragedy on Sunday, April 25, at 1:00 p.m. at Clement Park in Littleton, Colorado. Vice President Al Gore and Tipper Gore will also attend the memorial service.

"I am touched and honored Franklin Graham and the Gores will be attending the memorial on Sunday," said Governor Owens. "It is my hope that this service will begin the healing process for the victims of this tragedy, and indeed for all Coloradans affected by this senseless act of violence."
