DENVER - Like many of you, I have been waiting for the outcome of the investigation of the JonBenet Ramsey homicide. After a three-year investigation and a lengthy probe by the grand jury, the proceedings in Boulder have now concluded.
While I am not presently in a position to comment on the work of this grand jury, I do know one fact: a little girl was brutally murdered in Boulder, Colorado and the killer or killers remain free today.
As Governor, I have the power to appoint a special prosecutor. I am reviewing this option and will make a decision shortly.
