The mission of the Division of Information Technologies (DoIT) is to support  Colorado State Government business functions with high quality information technology and telecommunications tools.  We work to be the provider of choice in our areas of expertise. 

DoIT also provides statewide planning for telecommunications as well as supporting the Governor's Office of Innovation and Technology in their efforts to provide statewide leadership with information technology solutions for citizen centric business initiatives.

DoIT will benefit the State of Colorado by:

  • Providing the ability to apply resources, both financial and staff, where and when they are needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Providing coordination across DoIT to take advantage of the rapidly changing technological environment.
  • Providing development support to statewide systems such as EMPL, COFRS, CPPS, and others as appropriate to meet customers needs.
