Publications and Reports

For your convenience, DHR provides links to the following publications: Stateline, the newspaper or State of Colorado employees; Advisor, a monthly journal for state HR professionals; Leader’s Digest, a quarterly geared to state managers and supervisors; the HealthLine; and the State of Colorado Employee Handbook. DHR also produces official reports concerning the state personnel system. Some are published on an ongoing basis and others in response to special projects.
