About Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources (DHR) develops and manages the state personnel system. 

  • Division Director's Office oversees state personnel director's rulemaking and dispute resolution processes
  • HR Analytics manages information and statistics on the State's current workforce
  • Risk Management manages the State workers' compensation program, the State property program and liability claims
