Total Compensation Advisory Council

Statute established the Total Compensation Advisory Council (TCAC) to advise the State Personnel Director on all total compensation issues for employees in the state personnel system and benefits for all state employees. TCAC meets quarterly during the year and an online listing of TCAC members and notes from past meetings are available. 

As a result of the Total Compensation Reform Act of 2003, the method for assembling the Council is an appointment process. An announcement inviting applications may be issued when it is time for the State Personnel Director's appointment.
