    At this time no mandatory furlough days are planned for FY10-11. However, fiscal conditions could mean that this may be necessary later in the fiscal year, and so the possibility has not been completely taken off the table.

About Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources (DHR) develops and manages the state personnel system. The Director coordinates state personnel rulemaking, dispute resolution processes, and division communications. DHR consists of three business units:

 

  • Total Compensation manages compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life programs, leave and group benefit plans.
  • Workforce Planning & Development manages selection, workforce planning, training, performance management, and human resource auditing.
  • Business Risk & Loss Control manages the risk program.
