communications.
Total Compensation manages
compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life
programs, leave and group benefit plans.
Workforce
Planning & Development manages selection,
workforce planning, training, performance management,
and human resource auditing.
Business Risk
& Loss
Control manages the risk program, and the
Colorado State Employee Assistance Program.
DHR's mission is to maximize the State’s investment in
its workforce and minimize risk through integrated
strategic direction and policies, innovated leadership,
expertise and consultation.
