Higher Education Open/Close Training The Open/Close training for Higher Education will be held Thursday, May 8, 2008 in Denver at Auraria Media Center AU008 (back of the library) and Thursday, May 15, 2008 in Alamosa at the Carson Auditorium. The meeting will include a review of changes to the Fiscal Procedures Manual and exhibits. Please contact Vicki Nichol at vicki.nichol@cu.edu to register or if you have any questions.
Open/Close Training General Open/Close Training will be held Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 9:30 - 3:00 at Ft. Logan Auditorium. This session will review changes to the Fiscal Procedures Manual, exhibits, and Fiscal Rules. HB08-1320 will be covered extensively, and OSC Staff will be available for agency questions regarding its implementation. The 3rd link is a separate presentation for the Long Bill Recast only.
Other Open/Close Training For New Employees Wednesday, April 23, 2008 Open/Close Training for New Employees will be held in the second floor exam room (see map) at 633 17th Street from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a more in depth training of the Fiscal Procedures Manual and Open/Close process in general. Handouts will be posted at this site prior to the training and should be printed by attendees beforehand. For
