Since July 1, 2009, the Contract Management
System has been modified, the statutory
provisions behind it’s implementation has been
further defined and forms have been developed
for compliance with such provisions. Each
of these has impacted the guidance provided in
each of the Q&A documents issued to date.
In an attempt to prevent reliance on documents
that are not fully consistent with current
information and instruction, each of the
documents is being reviewed and a supplemental
list will be issued identifying those
answers which either no longer apply and/or have
been updated. In the interim, please contact OSC
should any of the reference information appears
inconsistent or is confusing given the changes
to CMS.
