GASB 35 Implementation Issue Papers

The GASB Implementation Team (GIT), working with the State Controller's Office and other people, has identified numerous issues as a result of planning the implementation of GASB #35 for the Colorado higher education institutions. Not all issues identified by the GIT have an associated issue paper.  Issue papers were developed if the potential existed for there to be numerous view points or the issue might be controversial in nature.

As the issues are identified, the GIT develops issue papers.  The issue papers are designed to clearly lay out the issues being addressed, possible solutions, and the agreed upon resolution.
