The requirement to attach the notice of compliance from the code review agent/building official has been deleted.

Total approved appropriation for the project per "initial" construction project application SC-4.1 has been changed to "current".

Budget categories have been changed to align with revisions to the "construction project application SC –4.1".

Construction manager title block has been deleted.

2. (Notice to Proceed Design/Bid/Build SBP-6.26),

"date of drawings/description of contract (spec) documents" has been added.

Table of Contents, the list of Exhibits have been incorporated into ARTICLE 2. DEFINITIONS, Paragraph 2.1.6 Contract Documents and the Contract Documents list has been revised and renumbered to include: .26 Exhibit I.11. Final Ranking Matrix has had a column added for Average Qualification Score and the related Notes narrative has been revised to demonstrate the use of the qualification scoring formula.
