Colorado Construction and Design Notices

Colorado Construction and Design Notices is a web-based solicitation notification system. State agencies are required to post all professional services (architect, engineer, land surveyor, landscape architect, and industrial hygienist) procurements with fees above $50,000 and all construction procurements above $25,000 on Colorado Construction and Design Notices. Solicitations may be accessed by agency, type (advertisements for bids, documented quotes, requests for proposals, and requests for qualifications), and construction cost range.

The Colorado Construction and Design Notices system is separate and different from BIDS (Bid Information and Distribution System). BIDS has solicitations for goods and services only. The BIDS category, Building Maintenance Services, is utilized for maintenance service procurements not construction. Registered vendors with BIDS must also pay a fee to participate while access to Colorado Construction and Design Notices is free.
