Bill Taylor is the Deputy Division Director of the Division of Central Services as well as the IDS manager.  In his IDS management role, Bill is responsible for graphic design, printing and mailing for state agencies using these services. Bill's additional role as Deputy Division Director keeps him involved with other aspects of the Division including managing changes to the Division rules, facilitating planning sessions and marketing all the Division's services to other State agencies.

Bill began with the state in 2000.  His most significant contribution to the Division and the Department is his 10+ years of experience in facilitating participatory planning sessions.  These skills have provided the Division with the necessary format to successfully plan and implement new, enhanced and improved services across the Division.
