Scott Madsen, Division Director, is relatively new to state government having already spent 30+ years in the private sector and 5 years with DCS. He believes DCS should add recognizable value to the State in every service we offer, and that excellent customer service need not suffer as we work to hold down costs for the State.  Scott takes great pride in the quality, skills and dedication of all the employees of DCS.   “With this great team, and their unwavering commitment to our customers, the other departments of the State should always view DCS as their First Choice for Service.”
