Frank
Lombardi is Manager of the Capitol Complex section of the Division
of Central Services. He
has been with the State of Colorado, Department of Personnel &
Administration for more than 25 years.
During his tenure, Frank has managed several Capitol Complex
functions including Security, Environmental Health and Safety,
Housekeeping, Landscaping, Routine Maintenance and Inventory Control.
In addition he has served as the Department's Americans
with Disability Act Coordinator and on the Governor’s Council
for Persons with Disabilities.
Capitol
Complex Facilities is a full service, property management business.
The Property Maintenance – Denver program is responsible
for providing building maintenance, day and evening custodial
services, grounds maintenance and building security among a variety
of other services.
