“First Choice for Service” The Division of Central Services was created by statute in 1973 to provide state agencies with business support services. The Division is comprised of several service units and has a workforce of approximately 200 state employees. FY 06 Rate Comparison Report Rates The Division of Central Services sets rates on an annual basis with a mid-year review. DCS Rules A public hearing was held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2005 to consider adoption of changes to Central Services Rules 1 CCR 103-1. The changes were adopted and the new rules are effective as of July 1, 2005. Waivers Agencies in the four county area of Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, and Jefferson are required by statute to obtain a waiver from using specific services provided by IDS. Office Locations
