Integrated Document Solutions
In July 2005, the Integrated
Document Factory (IDS) and Document Solutions Group (DSG)
were combined into one unit – known as Integrated
Document Solutions (IDS).
IDS is a unit of the Division of Central Services (DCS)
under the Colorado Department of Personnel &
Administration (DPA). DCS was established by state
statute to provide economical support services to state
agencies. If DCS is unable to provide the service
requested, a
waiver is required and will be issued by the
appropriate DCS unit.
Integrated Document Solutions provides a full range of
services in the areas of
Print Operations,
Mail Operations,
Data Entry Services,
Imaging Services
and Online Services.
