Division of Information Technologies Billing Information

Network Services Billing
The division bills state agencies monthly for the general service categories listed below following the Network Services Billing Schedule. 

• Long Distance - calling card, directory assistance, and long distance calling
• Equipment - monthly telephone service, voice mail, fax and data lines plus other special services
• Data Circuits - monthly service for frame relay and ATM circuits on the Multi-Use Network (MNT) and legacy analog and DDN circuits

Our rates are set to recover costs as explained in the DoIT Telecommunications Truth in Rates project.

Data Center Billing
The division also bills state agencies monthly on a fixed allocation method for Data Center services.

Departmental allocations are based upon prior year utilization.  This historical utilization is determined via monthly memo billing using our Data Center rates as explained in our DoIT Data Center Allocation Billing description.

Communication Services Billing
The division also bills state agencies monthly on a fixed allocation method for Communication Services.   Departmental allocations are based upon radio counts as explained in our DoIT Communication Services Billing description.
