Colorado's corporate e-file program follows the rules and guidelines established by the  Internal Revenue Service  in their Publication 4164 (Modernized e-file). Below are links to our XML schema and other documentation that can be used by software developers for Colorado Form 112 corporate e-file. 2. A box will appear requesting you to open or save the file. Choose Save.

3. In the filename box, choose any name you wish for the file and include .zip at the end of the name you choose. For example. If you click on the MeF file above, save the file as MeF.zip

4. Click save.

 

If you do not save the file as a .zip file it will not be recognized on your computer.
