Beginning his career with the State in 2000, Bill's most significant contribution to the Division and Department is his 15+ years of facilitating participatory planning sessions. These skills provide the necessary tools and format to successfully plan and implement new and improved services and develop beneficial working partnerships with a variety of key stakeholders, including customers and service providers.
Bill holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Allegheny College. Bill is also a certified master facilitator and trainer through the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Bill regularly teaches facilitation classes for DPA's Professional Development Center and as time permits, assists other Departments with their facilitation needs.
