What is C-SEAP?

C-SEAP is a professional assessment, referral, and short-term counseling service offered to State employees with work-related or personal concerns, as well as a resource for supervisors and managers. The presence of C-SEAP reflects the State's commitment to improving the quality of life for its entire workforce.

Will Anyone Know I'm Using C-SEAP?

What About Supervisory Referrals?

Your supervisor may recommend C-SEAP services. Even if you are referred by a supervisor, your confidentiality remains protected by law.

How Do I Use C-SEAP?

Call C-SEAP anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Sometimes, just a brief conversation helps begin the process of solving problems. If you wish, you may schedule an appointment to meet with a counseling professional. When you contact C-SEAP, a staff specialist will ask you for some general information and set up an appointment for you as soon as possible. As with all your contacts with C-SEAP, the initial phone call is confidential.
