The State Personnel Board may be contacted by mail, phone or fax. The office is located at 633 17th Street, Suite 1320, Denver, Colorado 80202-3604; telephone 303-866-3300; fax (see fax guidelines ) 303-866-5038; e-mail prsnl.board@state.co.us (for information only). PLEASE NOTE: The Board will not accept any filings by e-mail.  If you wish to file an appeal, it must be sent, hand-delivered or faxed (if the fax is NO MORE THAN 6 pages) to the address or fax number listed above.  The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
