Rulemaking Hearings

 
The Division of Gaming is proposing changes to Rule 8, 10, and 23. Changes are being made to Rule 8 to promulgate rules for a new blackjack game. Changes to Rule 10 are being made to add two recently approved games to the list of authorized types of poker, to add new paytables to several poker games and to promulgate rules for two new poker games. Finally Rule 23 is being changed to promulgate rules for a new Craps game.
 
If any stakeholder wishes comment on the proposed rule changes in writing, please e-mail ronni.hunter@state.co.us. All written comments must be received by the Division of Gaming no later than July 1st, 2014.  The hearing for these proposed rule changes will be at the Gaming Commission meeting on August 28, 2014.

On June 19, 2014, the Colorado Gaming Commission voted unanimously to make no changes to license fees or investigation fees.

On May 15, 2014, the Colorado Gaming Commission voted unanimously to approve the following proposed rule changes.  These changes became effective as of July 15, 2014.

On May 15, 2014, the Colorado Gaming Commission voted unanimously to make no changes to Gaming tax rates.
