The Administrative Section is responsible for implementing the Division’s strategic business plan and for ensuring that the mission of the Division is carried out in its day-to-day operations. This is accomplished through ongoing audits and inspections to determine compliance with gaming internal control and regulatory requirements, assessments of developing technologies for impact on the existing regulatory framework, compliance with the Colorado Open Records Act, compliance with the Gambling Payment Intercept Act, and the collection and proper recording of gaming taxes.
Laura Manning is the Director of the Colorado Division of Gaming.
Brenda Davis is the Director of Administration and is responsible for the oversight of all of the administrative functions in the Division’s three offices. These functions are carried out by the Audit Section, managed by Chief Auditor Geri Clerkin; the Field Operations Section, managed by Jeff Marone; the Technical Systems Group, managed by Georgia McBride; and the Communications/Public Information function which is managed by Cameron Lewis.
