FY 2013-2014 Compensation Plan *New pay structures for July 1, 2013

The compensation plan for FY 2013 - 2014 is effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.  The compensation plan reflects new pay grades and pay ranges for classes assigned to seven occupational groups: Management; Professional & Supervisory; Information Technology; Technical; Labor, Trades & Crafts; Administrative Support; and, State Patrol; along with changes to the Enforcement & Protective Services occupational group.  The compensation plan is provided in order of class codeclass title and pay grade along with the cover letter highlighting pay differentials, minimum wage, and statutory salary lids.  Versions of the compensation plan by class code and class title are also available in Excel format.

 

FY 2012-2013 Compensation Plan *Use to determine merit pay for July 1 salary adjustments 

The compensation plan for FY 2012 - 2013 has been updated to include pay range quartiles. Refer to this plan, provided in order of class title and class code, to determine where individual salaries fall within the current pay ranges.  Salary placement in the pay range quartile, along with an individual's performance rating, will be used to determine merit pay eligibility for July 1 salary adjustments.
