2009 Matching Grants Program

Colorado State Conservation Board

Colorado Conservation Districts really gave the 2009 Matching Grants Program a run for its money!  Fifty-seven proposals were submitted requesting over $1.2 million dollars. Twenty-eight projects were funded and received $448,446 in state funding and districts and their partners provided $631,525 in matching contributions - approaching a quarter of a million dollars more than the minimum required! What a great return-on-investment for Colorado taxpayers in conserving their local natural resources!

Reports will be listed as projects complete.
