Booklets will be mailed, beginning in mid September, as they are printed. The booklets are being printed by region to accommodate differences in judges on the ballot; the remaining portions of the booklet are the same for all regions. The mailing status of the booklet by region is listed below. The alphabetical county listing that follows shows each county's region for purposes of the booklet.
