Total Compensation

The State of Colorado's statutory compensation philosophy is to provide prevailing (competitive) total compensation in order to recruit, retain, and motivate a qualified workforce. The  My Total Compensation Statement  is a tool that estimates the annual value of an individual's total compensation. The major components of total compensation for FY 2009-2010 are highlighted in the Annual Total Compensation Summary.
