  • Up to 5' tall; perennial aquatic.
  • Blooms late summer; flowers 1" wide.
  • Leaves basal, sword-like & up to 3' tall by 1/2" wide.
  • Thick, creaping rhizomes.
  • Stems triangular, not round.
  • Fruits brown, 1/2" long.
  • Tolerant to a wide temperature range.
