Town Clerk Department

The Town Clerk is appointed by the Town Manager with Council approval. 


The Town Clerk serves as the custodian of the Town Seal, is authorized to supervise municipal court, administer oaths and take acknowledgments under the Town Seal. This position is also responsible for codification of the Town Code, the preparation and maintenance of Town Council records, proceedings, and other official municipal documents.


This office administers employment records, municipal elections, business licenses, special events, and liquor licenses. Click on the Index Bar on the left for additional infomation for these services.


The Town of Winter Park always strives to provide a high level of service and transparency in government operations to its residents and visitors. To make a request for records, complete a Records Request Form and submit it to the Town Clerk.
