Community Development Department

The Community Development Department contains two divisions; the Planning Division, and the Division of Building Safety.
 
Our offices are located on the second floor of Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, PO Box 1200, Estes Park, CO 80517. 
 

On March 28th and April 2nd, residents and guests will have the opportunity to participate in a professionally facilitated meeting to dialogue and gather information on ways to Enhance Code Compliance Services. The meetings will be identical, so you will only need to plan on attending one.  Both meetings will be held in Room 203 of Town Hall.  We hope to see you there!
 
In late 2012, the Community Development hosted two professionally facilitated public meetings to dialogue and gather information on ways to enhance Builidng and Planning services. Staff is reviewing the information gathered and is determining the next steps to improve the Community Development Department.
