Colorado Rubicon Team

The Colorado Rubicon team has been established to complete full-spectrum vulnerability assessments on critical infrastructure and key assets. The assessment focuses on zero to low-cost improvements for site security and target hardening. The recommendations are suggestions only and there are no lawful requirement to implement the recommendations.

The team uses multiple assessment methodologies and systems to provide a comprehensive overview of potential threats and vulnerabilities with suggested recommendations for asset protection strategies.

Colorado Rubicon will complete a detailed site inspection that includes:

  • Current threat streams provided by the Colorado Information Analysis Center (CIAC)

  • Emergency operations capabilities analysis for response to an incident

  • Infrastructure support recommendations for planning and development

  • Blast mitigation recommendations for most likely and worst-case scenarios

  • Enhancements to the current security profile with low cost / no cost recommendations

  • Design suggestions for current elements and planning suggestions for the future

  • Information technology recommendations for protection of Internet and internal technologies

  • Current specifications directly in line with the Department of Defense standards for all military and defense industry based terrorist threats, domestic threats and criminal acts.

  • Detailed out-briefing to site representatives with suggested recommendations plus a CD-ROM containing the assessment data
