The Liquor Enforcement Division will sell by public auction various seized wine and spirituous alcohol beverage items under the following conditions:
All purchasers must have valid identification
All purchases are for personal consumption only
Colorado licensees are not permitted to purchase any item for resale
All sales are cash only
All sales final
All purchased items must be removed immediately
