Got an account. Now what?
After you get your withholding tax account, the following links to online services, information, publications and forms will help you get started filing returns, making payments and monitoring your account.
- Revenue Online: Sign up for account access, file your withholding tax return and your annual reconciliation documents or files, and monitor your account.
- Electronic Funds Transfer: Another way to file and pay withholding tax online. Learn more about it and register.
- Colorado Wage Withholding Tables Tables are effective for two years starting January 1 of odd-numbered years.
- If you cannot file online, use the DR 1094 withholding tax form and the DR 1093 annual reconciliation document. Warning: Filing on paper increases the chance of miscalculations and errors which will result in billing notices.

Closing an account or need to make changes?
- Close your withholding tax account through Revenue Online or use the DR 1102.
- Change your address through Revenue Online or use the DR 1102.
- Change in ownership or in the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)? You must indicate these changes by submitting a Wage Withholding Account Application (CR 0100) along with any fees associated with the change.
