Reissue Process for Missing, Lost or Destroyed Refunds.
You can start the refund check reissue process by signing an refund reissue letter. Request the letter through (303) 238-SERV (7378)

Upon receipt. it could take eight to 12 weeks to process and issue your refund. The fastest way to get the reissued refund is to have the refund direct deposited.
