Your license may be suspended for reasons related to insurance and SR-22 insurance. There are no driving privileges that can be granted by the Hearings Division for insurance matters, however you may request a hearing in certain situations.

If you are stopped for a traffic violation and the officer determines that you do not have insurance in effect, click here.

If you have a requirement to carry SR-22 insurance and the Department of Motor Vehicles was notified you no longer have SR-22 insurance in effect, click here.
