Alcohol Offenses (DUI & DWAI)

If you are arrested for driving while ability impaired (DWAI) or driving under the influence (DUI), there are generally two avenues where you may lose your driving privileges. First, if the law enforcement officer asked you to take a chemical test when you were arrested, you may face an express consent action.  Second, you may face loss of your driving privileges if you are convicted of either DWAI or DUI.
