- Michael Williams appointed as Chief Hearing Officer: Prior to his appointment as the Chief Hearing Officer, Michael Williams served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General. He has also served as the Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts, Director of the Colorado Peace Officer Standards and Training Board and as a First Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Colorado Attorney General. Mr. Williams is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver Sturm College Of Law and has served as faculty for the National Attorneys General Training and Research Institute and as an instructor for the Alliance Partnership/Alianza Estatal.
