STATE RECOVERY ACT OVERSIGHT BOARD MEETING CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER


The Colorado Economic Recovery Accountability Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 28 in Colorado Springs has been cancelled due to the expected poor weather. The meeting will be rescheduled and the new date, time and location will be posted on the Colorado Recovery Act Website.


The Colorado Economic Recovery Accountability Board was appointed in February by Governor Bill Ritter Jr. to provide oversight of funds coming to Colorado through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The board meets monthly around the state. Colorado expects to receive about $5.7 billion in Recovery Act funds over the next two years.
