Community Living Advisory Group
The Office of Community Living was created by Governor Hickenlooper through an Executive Order in July 2012. The Office will help meet the growing need for long-term services and supports by people with disabilities and aging adults and will be housed in the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Department).
Community Living Advisory Group Information
The Community Living Advisory Group will consider and recommend changes to the Long-term Services and Supports (LTSS) delivery system. The Advisory Group will work closely with the Long Term Care Advisory Committee, the Colorado Commission on Aging and other planning groups to carry out this work and build on previous discussions and recommendations.
The Advisory Group held its introductory meeting on August 28, 2012. The Advisory Group will continue meeting through September 2014.

Advisory Group Member Contact Information
Next Advisory Group Meeting: Monday, April 22, 2013, 1-4 pm, at KRMA-TV, 1089 Bannock Steeet in Denver.
Due to the Memorial Day holiday, the Advisory Group will meet on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at KRMA-TV (address above).
The Advisory Group meets on the 4th Monday of each month, unless this conflicts with holidays. The Advisory Group meeting date for May 2013 has not yet been determined.
