All Payer Claims Database (APCD)


The All Payer Claims Database (APCD) was created with the passage of House Bill 10-1330.  The legislation created an Advisory Committee to guide the process of development and use of the database.  The Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) is the administrator of the APCD. 

CIVHC's work includes coordinating the efforts of the Advisory Committee, implementing recommendations, ensuring that the database operates in accordance with the legislation, and raising necessary funds to support the planning and operation of the database.
