GOVERNOR'S OFFICE STATEMENT ON ANTI-TERRORISM INVESTIGATION
Gov. Ritter's Office issued the following statement today regarding an ongoing anti-terrorism investigation:
"Over the past several days, Gov. Ritter has been briefed regularly and as necessary. Based on what we know, there's no reason to believe there is any imminent threat in Colorado. Colorado law enforcement is part of a Joint Terrorism Task Force, with federal, state and local partners, and these agencies are routinely briefed and consulted and provide assistance as needed.
"The investigation is ongoing and all inquiries should be directed to the FBI."
