Gov. Hickenlooper signs bill concerning exception to Hearsay Rule

DENVER — Tuesday, April 3, 2012 — Gov. John Hickenlooper signed a bill into law today concerning an exception to the Hearsay Rule to allow testimony from persons with developmental disabilities.
