Gov. Hickenlooper's statement on resignation of Senator Mike Kopp

DENVER ­— Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011 — Gov. John Hickenlooper released the following statement today on the resignation of Senator Mike Kopp.

“Mike Kopp’s decision to resign as the Senate Minority Leader is a genuine loss to the state. While we didn’t always agree, he was direct, candid and unfailingly a gentleman. We will miss him.”
