He will then stop in Colorado Springs for two meetings before visiting an international high-tech company to talk about the “Colorado Blueprint: A bottom-up approach to economic development.”

2 p.m. – Gov. Hickenlooper will deliver remarks at the National Water Resources Association summer meeting. Location: Cheyenne Mountain Inn, 3224 Broadmoor Valley Road, Colorado Springs.
