Gov. Hickenlooper signs several bills
DENVER - Friday, June 3, 2011 — Gov. John Hickenlooper was joined by legislators and business and community leaders to sign four bills today:
- SB 45 “Streamlining Electric Powerline Siting,” sponsored by Sen. Michael Johnston and Rep. Claire Levy.
- SB 176 “Concerning Appropriate Use of Restrictive Confinement,” sponsored by Sen. Morgan Carroll and Rep. Claire Levy.
- SB 184 “Tax Reporting,” sponsored by Sen. Pat Steadman and Rep. Mark Ferrandino.
- SB 197 “Concerning the Creation of a Girl Scouts Centennial Special License Plate,” sponsored by Sen. Betty Boyd and Rep. Cindy Acree.
