Tuesday, March 15, 2011 — Gov. John Hickenlooper announced today appointments to the Workers’ Compensation Cost Containment Board and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District Board of Directors.
The Workers’ Compensation Cost Containment Board is responsible for promoting cost containment and risk management programs in the administration of Workers’ Compensation Programs.
The appointments are dependent upon Senate confirmation. The members appointed are:
The Urban Drainage and Flood Control District Board of Directors assists local governments in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of multi-jurisdictional drainage and flood control projects. Four members of the 23-member board are mayors from Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder and Jefferson counties.
