Today Governor-elect Hickenlooper announced his first three Cabinet-level appointments: Sue Birch as Executive Director of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing; Major General Michael Edwards, reappointed as Executive Director of Department of Military and Veterans Affairs; and T.J. Deora as Director of the Governor's Energy Office.
